We employ statistical process control (SPC) methods to determine process capability (Cpk) for key process variables. Our quality system documentation includes a quality manual and written procedures which have been prepared in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization quality system model (ISO 9002).

Using production specifications of plus or minus 0.010" on linear part measurements for studs, our process capability on all key measurements exceeds 1.00 and in most cases, Cpk exceeds 1.33. Process controls with appropriate product sampling have been instituted throughout our processes from material purchasing to manufacturing and packaging and shipping.
